- Water stains sealed, not painted over. Stain-blocking primer under the finish coat so old leaks don't bleed through. We flag anything that needs a plumber before we paint.
- Skim-coated so the ceiling reads flat. The whole repair zone gets skim-coated and sanded until it disappears under raking light.

No. Every repair gets skim-coated and sanded so the surface reads flat under raking light — no ghost outline, no touch-up shadow.
What if the crack keeps coming back?
That's a diagnosis issue, not a paint issue. Truss uplift, settling, and joint cracks each need a different repair. We diagnose the source first.
How fast can you fix a water-damaged ceiling?
Cut, replace, tape, mud, prime, paint — usually 2–3 days depending on square footage. We stain-block so old leaks don't bleed through.
